Everyone needs to read this book and GO VEGAN! This book changed my life. Like seriously. I went vegan because of this book (after finding out most of my health problems was from dairy. It’s only been 2.5 weeks and I have lost 6 pounds and starting to get off my medications already. I am happy. Seriously, you all need to read this and really listen. Milk is bad for you. It comes from a cow being raped, the baby being taken away and killed for veal, while the mother cried for days. Then they are milked to feed your fat ass that doesn’t need it. We don’t need milk past our mothers breast! And I don’t mean fat ass as in you are fat, but I am just trying to get my point across. i don’t care how good it tastes, it’s meant for a baby calf. We can do without. Just think about alll the puss, pain, and torture that is in every glass of milk. If you really love animals, you wouldn’t feed into an industry that is so cruel to them.
